A fair place for hotpot but great for soup dumplings! 3.5 stars tbh. The crabmeat and crawfish soup dumplings were fantastic. The soup was flavorful and the meat was tender and tasty. The hotpot was okay but had somethings working against it for me. While the broth and dry-pot ingredients were delicious, the lamb meat was unfortunately the weakest link. The sliced meat was too thick a cut, which made it tough to chew. And the distinct flavor of lamb was lost somehow. Additionally, the fact that there is no sauce station at a hotpot place is fairly disappointing. While they offered soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce, I think the lack of variety really brought down the hotpot experience. Overall, not a bad place for Chinese!

We tried the shrimp fried rice, pork bao buns, general tso's chicken, hot & sour dumpling soup, pan-fried pork dumplings, and some awesome spring rolls! Everything was perfectly cooked and the service was great!

Fabulous lunch. Everything is made fresh! We had a pot of jasmine tea and our dim sum. It made for a tasty economical lunch.
